There is something humbling about being out on the water with whales. The stillness, the scale, the quiet sense of connection to something far bigger than yourself. This is not a typical retreat. It is immersive, a little rugged, and genuinely special.

The experience

We begin in Magdalena Bay, settling into a charming boutique stay before heading out on the water. You will see gray whales up close in their natural habitat, guided by experienced local captains who know these waters. Then we move to island glamping, where simplicity meets real beauty. Days are spent whale watching, kayaking, paddle boarding, and exploring, with plenty of space to slow down and take it in.
