What to expect

Yin holds poses passively for a long time to reach the deep connective tissue (props help a lot here). Yang is more active and builds strength and stamina. Together they balance each other out.

Every class here has someone in it taking the easy option, and nobody is watching you. You will not be the only beginner, and you will never be the oldest person who has ever walked in. Pick whatever sounds kind to you today.
