Builds strength, flexibility, and focus with real cardio worked in. We suggest an All-Levels Vinyasa first so you know the shapes, but it's not required, and the teacher will still offer options.

Every class here has someone in it taking the easy option, and nobody is watching you. You will not be the only beginner, and you will never be the oldest person who has ever walked in. Pick whatever sounds kind to you today.
