Slowly building the strength and flexibility to get to one peak pose, safely. It is made for all levels, with variations the whole way, so you actually watch yourself improve over the month — no pressure to achieve anything by a deadline.

Every class here has someone in it taking the easy option, and nobody is watching you. You will not be the only beginner, and you will never be the oldest person who has ever walked in. Pick whatever sounds kind to you today.
